I experienced some challenges during my stay. First, the room lacked necessary conveniences like a shelf in the shower for toiletries and a rack for my suitcase. The absence of a proper closet for hanging clothes was also quite inconvenient, making it difficult to organize my belongings.

I had a very easy check-in after arriving late at 9 PM, thanks to the helpful staff. The hotel is conveniently located near Gloria Outlets and just a short walk from Taoyuan HSR station, making it ideal for work travelers. I appreciated the common pantry area with complimentary drinks and snacks. The hotel room was modern and spacious, and arranging a taxi to the airport was straightforward. Overall, a great experience!
